When Charles Willson departs from his home in Napa, California, he doesn't have to worry about the garden, or his home being without him. Thanks to a bevy of smart home gadgets and a suite of apps, Charles is able to keep an eye on everything that goes on in and around his home.
He is what you would call a "tech junkie". His one-acre property is outfitted with systems that allow him to control security, climate, lighting, and irrigation remotely. How incredible is that?
