When he built his home, Alex Tagliani was quoted in the Montreal Gazette as stating "a smart home allows you to customize upon your needs - that's the advantage". He is entirely correct in this. The magic of having so many gadgets and outlets for communication between appliances, the home itself, and the dwellers of those homes is that no matter what you need, there's a tool to make it happen. Eventually, the home will learn from its owner and become even more accurate and able to serve his or her needs.
